    HID ADJUSTABLE FURNITURE HANGER WITH ANTIVUELCO SECURITY
    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
    This invention concerns an adjustable furniture hanger with roll-over safety of employees used to hang kitchen furniture and the like, which have a hanging hook that hooks into a support plate screwed to the wall.
    STATE OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
    At present and as a reference to the state of the art, it is usual and known to use furniture hangers to hang kitchen furniture and the like, which have a hanging hook that hooks into a support plate screwed to the wall. This is the case of the Spanish Patent of publication number ES 2160024.
    On the other hand there are hangers with prevention of release of the wall furniture, of the support plate screwed to the wall, through the use of complementary elements such as in the case of European Patent EP 2745739 A1 which has projections made in the body itself of the hanging hook that act as stops against the bottom of the wall support plate, however, these models have the disadvantage that due to their rigidity they hinder both their assembly and their possible disassembly since their safety performance would involve having a precise adjustment and additionally, when acting on the bottom of the support plate, the support surface is smaller and therefore the risk of greater overturning.
    There are also models that use flexible elements coupled to the body of the hanging hook, and that in turn said flexible element is hooked to a fixed support to the furniture, these elements act on the bottom of the support plate to prevent overturning. These models present in the market, have certain drawbacks. On the one hand, there is the fact that by having at least two additional elements to achieve roll-over safety the assembly and disassembly is more laborious

    complicating the process and increasing the risk of overturning and also act on the bottom of the support plate where the contact surface is minimal making a good blockage difficult.
    EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION AND ADVANTAGES
    Faced with this state of affairs, the present invention refers to an adjustable furniture hanger with anti-tip security for employees to hang kitchen furniture and the like, which have a hanging hook that hooks into a support plate screwed to the wall; and that attached to the hanger hook, there is an elastic V-profile plate with a wide upper edge, which on the hanger is located, said upper edge, as opposed to the lower side of the support plate breakage.
    Thanks to this configuration, greater security is achieved since the accidental overturning of the furniture is prevented by blocking the V-shaped elastic plate against the support plate screwed to the wall. In this way, thanks to the V configuration of the V-profile elastic plate, the commissioning is carried out without any additional maneuver, thanks to its flexibility and simply by gravity, facilitating assembly and ensuring the hanging immediately at the same time to place it. Thus, due to the configuration of the V-profile elastic plate, a hanging self-assurance function is performed that does not require additional maneuvers; which also means an additional ease of assembly, since the self-securing of the V-profile elastic plate by means of self-engagement of the wide upper edge thereof with the support plate and due to the elasticity of the V-profile elastic plate, which will retract in contact with the head of the tie-down bolt automatically in the assembly. In this way, this invention prevents the forgetting of the assurance when performed automatically simply by the insertion of the hanger. In addition, thanks to its wide upper edge the V-shaped elastic plate acts even coinciding with the plate anchor bolt

    support screwed to the wall facilitating its lateral displacement without interrupting it with said screwdriver and this is due to its wide width that allows a better lateral displacement.
    Another feature of the invention is that the angular position of the V-shaped elastic plate is capable of being varied with a prominence of deactivation of the existing screw fingerprint head rod in the hanging hook. Thus, it is achieved that the V-profile elastic plate varies its angular position and retracts until contact with the wall of the hanging hook and the disassembly is very simple, without the inconvenience that it can interfere with the anchoring bolt of the Support plate screwed to the wall, as is the case in other embodiments in which the deactivation movement is rotatable.
    Finally, another feature of the invention is that the V-shaped elastic plate has spring pins on its sides.
    In this way, a double assurance is achieved since said pins ensure that the elastic V-profile plate is always in the activation position by a spring effect against the wall of the hanging hook, so that the forgetting of the fixation of the V-profile elastic plate in its activation position during the furniture hanging maneuver.

    of the hanger (1) in which the elastic V-profile plate (4) can be seen before being attached to the hanging hook (3). Said elastic V-profile plate (4) is embedded in the hanging hook (3) in the groove (11), with a set that allows it to vary its angular position. Also shown in Figure 1 is the screw fingerprint head rod (7) which is attached to the hanging hook (3) at its rear part being located above the elastic V-profile plate (4). Once the hanger assembly (1) is mounted, in the hanging maneuver, the upper edge (5) of the V-shaped elastic plate (4) is positioned directly in opposition to the lower side of the break (6) of the plate support (2) adapting for its flexibility and with the advantage of not needing any additional maneuver, only by gravity action it falls towards the side of the wall, thus securing the hanger (1) and preventing unwanted exit of the hanging hook ( 3) with respect to the support plate (2). If it is necessary to adjust the furniture sideways and therefore the corresponding hanger (1) on the support plate (2), thanks to the wide upper edge (5) of the V-shaped elastic plate (4), said elastic profile plate in V (4) does not interfere with the mooring bolt (10) being able to rest on the latter and also securing the hanger (1), also preventing the accidental exit of the furniture by vertical movement.
    The detail A of Figure 1 is a detail in longitudinal middle section of the hanger (1) in which the hanger (1) is shown once mounted, and with the V-shaped elastic plate (4) in position activated with its upper edge (5) as opposed to the break (6) of the support plate (2), and said V-shaped elastic plate (4) resting on the tie-down bolt (10) as described above.
    As an additional assurance, as can be seen in the perspective of the V-profile elastic plate (4) of Figure 1, the V-profile elastic plate (4) has spring pins (9) acting on its sides like a spring bringing the V-shaped elastic plate (4) to its activated position,

    thus preventing forgetting to place the roll-over caused by the V-shaped elastic plate (4) in the correct position in the event that it is not correctly positioned by gravity. Thus facilitating the assembly and giving the hanger (1) a double assurance that prevents accidental overturning of the furniture.
    If, on the other hand, it is desired to lift the furniture from the wall, to release the hanging hook (3) from the support plate (2), the roll-over caused by the elastic V-profile plate (4) must be deactivated. In this case, with the help of a screwdriver, the screw shank head is actuated by turning until the prominence of deactivation (8) interferes with the elastic V-profile plate (4) causing it to vary its angular position and retract to the contact with the wall of the hanging hook (3). Thus, a simple exit of the hanging hook (3) from the support plate (2) is facilitated without interfering with the V-shaped elastic plate (4) with the tie-down bolt (10) in said maneuver. This deactivated position of the V-profile elastic plate can be seen in detail B of Figure 1 where the prominence of deactivation (8) of the screw print head rod (7) in contact with the elastic plate of V profile (4).
    Variations in materials, shape, size and arrangement of the component elements, described in a non-limiting manner, do not alter the essentiality of this invention, being sufficient to proceed to its reproduction by an expert.

    1a.- Adjustable hidden furniture hanger with anti-tip security of the hangers used to hang kitchen furniture and the like, which have a hanging hook (3) that hooks on a support plate (2) screwed to the wall, characterized in that it is attached to the hanging hook (3), there is an elastic V-profile plate (4) and with a wide upper edge (5), which is located on the hanger, said upper edge (5), as opposed to the lower side of the break ( 6) of the support plate (2).
    2a.- Adjustable concealed furniture hanger with roll-over safety according to claim 1, characterized in that the angular position of the V-shaped elastic plate (4) can be varied with a prominence of deactivation (8) of the fingerprint head stem of screw (7) existing in the hanging hook (3).
    3a.- Adjustable hidden furniture hanger with roll-over safety according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the V-shaped elastic plate (4) has spring pins (9) on its sides.
